Pier Landing is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets per apartment! A pet fee of $300 applies for one pet, or $600 for two, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process.
