I have been at Pier Landing for 9 years, there been a lot of improvements to the property and it is well kept. The staff are always helpful and able to take care of all requests in a timely manner.

Not a bad place to stay. Friendly Landlords and an overall decent environment. Nothing is ever perfect, but I feel as though I made the best decision possible

Great maintenance staff. Office staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve been here for a little over two years and it’s been amazing the entire time. And it’s so close to everything. Work requests are handled in a timely fashion. The lovely ladies in the office are always smiling and so helpful. I’m really glad to call it home.

To any and all who are looking for a great place to call home, Pier Landing Apartments are it! It's all a matter of perspective, but when it comes to management and staff, they go above and beyond! These ladies deserve recognition for all they have done and more! When in troubled times and nowhere to go and no one to look toward for help, these ladies made it happen! They poured their heart in and fought for my wife and I! They truly were and are the blessing in disguise we needed! The Apartments are very clean, landscape is maintained weekly, and there's even a pool to cool off in this hot Louisiana heat! The most important of all is there is no crime, it's quiet and no BS! Plus the Bills are always PAID! So, if you're looking for a place to live or call home, you found it!

I LOVE living at Pier Landing Apartments!! I've lived here since 1995! Yes you read that right! I got married AND divorced here lol. Current management is nice and friendly and they don't put up with what I call riff raff messing things up for everyone else. Everything is nice and clean, no broken down cars, landscaped every week and pretty quiet! Any problems, just call and it's taken care of. Nice, safe place to live! Excellent maintenance and staff that goes above and beyond to take care of you! I'm disabled and they are very accommodating!
